Job Description
Liaise with government authorities and official bodies (e.g., MOHRE, Ministry of Commerce, MISA, ZATCA, Jawazat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, and municipalities) to facilitate approvals, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
Stay updated on changes in Saudi labour law, immigration requirements, and regulatory procedures, advising management on implications.
Represent the company and its clients professionally at ministries, labour/immigration offices, and other government entities.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, submissions, and payments across relevant systems and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.).
Track and manage key document and license expiry dates to ensure timely renewals.
Translate and prepare official documents, contracts, and forms between Arabic and English, ensuring linguistic and legal accuracy.
