Job Description

· Conduct regular classroom visits and teacher observations to ensure instructional excellence and trainee engagement.

· Evaluate curriculum implementation and teaching methods, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and accreditation standards.

· Provide structured feedback and mentoring support to instructors, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.

· Lead and coordinate Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiatives, including workshops, peer observations, and best-practice sharing.

· Analyze academic performance indicators and prepare data-driven reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

· Collaborate with senior teachers, subject matter experts, and curriculum committees to enhance content quality and delivery methods.

· Supervise documentation of classroom observations, curriculum reviews, and CPD records to maintain institutional compliance.

· Contribute to internal audits, quality assurance reviews, and external accreditation preparations (e.g., ACCET, TVTC, MASAR).

· Develop analytical dashboards and performance metrics to monitor academic progress and training outcomes.

· Provide advisory input on academic policy updates, teaching frameworks, and learning improvement plans.

· Support new teacher induction, mentoring programs, and cross-department coordination to ensure academic consistency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Education(Education), Master of Education(Education)

Any

· Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, Education, or related field.

· Master’s Degree in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics (preferred).

· Teaching Certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, or TESOL (required or highly preferred).

· IELTS score of 7.0 or above (or equivalent English proficiency).

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching, academic quality assurance, or training analysis (preferred).
