Job Description

Provides high-quality care to patients in this area of medicine.
Provide consultative service as requested.
Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
Performs special procedures as privileged.
Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate from a Dental medical school of good standing.
Completion of required period of training in specialty and/or Subspecialty
Saudi Arab or American /European Board Certification or equivalent.
Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
Dataflow is a must.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Dental Surgery

Any

Possesses a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and a Certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Holds a valid medical license and board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, with a focus on complex surgical procedures.
Exhibits advanced proficiency in performing a wide range of surgical procedures, including facial trauma reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, and dental implants.
Possesses exceptional surgical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes.
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for teaching and guiding residents and fellows.
Exhibits a strong commitment to patient safety and ethical practice, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Possesses excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments under pressure.
Ability to speak English fluently, with proficiency in other languages is a plus.
