Job Description
A reputable private educational institution in Business Bay, Dubai, is looking for a School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate should be organized, friendly, and able to manage administrative and communication tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain attendance records, student files, and correspondence.
Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and administration.
Handle admission-related queries and assist with student registration.
Support the school’s administrative operations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (preferably in a school).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
