Business Development – Identify, pursue checking the new business opportunities.
Revenue Growth – Drive sales and business expansion.
Client Relationship Management – Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Contract & Rate Negotiation – Develop and negotiate pricing, tenders, and service agreements in line with ATC management guidelines.
Credit Control Coordination – Collaborate with finance to manage receivables and payment terms.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Provide management with accurate and timely sales performance reports.
Fleet Management – Ensure optimal utilization, maintenance, and availability of vehicles.
Route & Trip Planning – Plan efficient routes to minimize cost and transit time.
Driver Management – Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Cost Control – Manage transport budgets including fuel, maintenance, and tolls.
Breakdown & Incident Handling – Handle emergencies to minimize downtime and service disruption.
Performance Monitoring – Track key KPIs such as fleet utilization, cost per km, and breakdown frequency.
Operations Management – Align transport schedules with loading/unloading and customer requirements.
Customer Service (Operational) – Resolve shipment or delivery-related issues promptly.
