Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
-Prepare and maintain company documents, forms, and reports.
-Coordinate between departments to ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
-Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow up on pending actions.
-Keep client and company records organized and up to date.
-Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other business correspondence.
-Support the management team with general administrative duties.
