We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle client inquiries, and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential clients to introduce company services/products

Generate leads and schedule appointments

Maintain and update customer database

Follow up with customers to close sales

Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally

Meet weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:

Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage

Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

Confident phone handling skills

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Positive attitude & team player

Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM is a plus
