Business Developer – Interior Design Company (Dubai)

Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 + Attractive Commissions

Creative Nest is a dynamic and growing interior design company based in Dubai, specializing in creating elegant, functional, and inspiring spaces for both residential and commercial clients. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Developer to join our team and help us expand our client base and project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Generate leads through networking, client meetings, and digital channels.

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.

Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design / fit-out industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong network and understanding of the UAE market.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Fluent in English
