Job Description

A leading multinational steel trading company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with one of the region’s most established players in the steel industry, providing exposure to international trade operations and major clients across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Develop and expand market channels within the UAE and GCC region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Identify customer needs, analyze sales data, and develop tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Payment & Account Management

Reconcile accounts with customers and ensure timely collection of receivables.

Handle payment-related communications and resolve outstanding issues promptly.

Market Research & Intelligence

Gather market information on steel prices, competitors, and product trends.

Monitor supply-demand dynamics and inventory movements in the regional market.

Provide regular market updates and analytical reports to management.

Internal Coordination

Collaborate with logistics, finance, and procurement departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Support management with insights and recommendations on pricing strategies and policy decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in steel pipes, plates, or related steel products.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach.

High level of professional integrity, discipline, and accountability.

Must be currently residing in the UAE. Candidates on visit visas or seeking short-term employment will not be considered.
