Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare employment offer letters & contracts and ensure documentation on Qiwa platform.
Handle formalities on portals like GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad.
Track and renew Iqama, visas, and ensure Saudization compliance.
Maintain Wage Protection System (WPS) records and ensure timely salary transfers.
Maintain and update HRIS for accurate employee data.
Administer benefits, insurance enrolment, and review invoices.
Monitor daily attendance and manage biometric or digital systems.
Process leave requests and update HRIS accordingly.
Assist in payroll processing and end-of-service benefits.
Generate reports for attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company and legal standards.
Address grievances and ensure adherence to Saudi labor law amendments.
Support performance management and training initiatives
Prepare HR reports for management and compliance audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

Bachelor of Arts(Arts&Humanities), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(HR/Industrial Relations)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of HR experience in KSA.
Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization policy, and HR compliance.
Proficiency in HRIS and government portals (GOSI, Qiwa).
Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
