Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive who is passionate about wellness, people, and growth. The ideal candidate will be physically active, have a background or interest in the wellness and hospitality industries, and be skilled at creating new business opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting smooth daily operations across multiple brands.

This role suits someone energetic, organized, and entrepreneurial — a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys both relationship-building and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations across And10’s wellness and hospitality brands.

Support brand expansion by developing client relationships with gyms, hotels, wellness centers, and corporate clients.

Assist in planning and executing marketing activations, events, and pop-ups.

Contribute to sales strategies to grow membership, class attendance, and retreat bookings.

Maintain day-to-day operational oversight — ensuring premium guest experiences at all And10 locations.

Coordinate schedules, team communication, and logistics for sessions and wellness events.

Track performance metrics, client feedback, and partnership outcomes.

Represent the brand at wellness and networking events — embodying the active, healthy lifestyle that And10 promotes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or client relations, ideally within wellness, fitness, or hospitality.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Physically fit and enthusiastic about movement, wellness, and personal growth.

Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
