Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook daily meals for 300+ staff (Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepali).
Plan menus, ensure consistent taste, and maintain food hygiene standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and manage ingredient stock efficiently.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in large-scale staff catering or hotels.
Strong knowledge of North & South Indian cuisines.
Proven ability to handle high-volume cooking operations.
Total 6+ years experience
