Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchaser with hands-on experience in procuring sign and graphic related materials, to support our growing operations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experiencein purchasing or supply chain roles, with knowledge of sign and graphic related raw materials and supplier networks within the region or internationally.

Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring sign and graphic related materials from local and international suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Maintain accurate procurement records, inventory levels, and cost reports.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in sign and graphic related materials.
Familiarity with procurement software (ERP systems preferred).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
Willingness to travel within the GCC region, if required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience working with suppliers in the Middle East or Asia for sign and graphic related materials
Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic is a plus).
