Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to work full-time on-site in our office located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(Location: JVC, Dubai)
Role Overview
Your main responsibility will be to support the founder’s daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will handle a wide variety of tasks — from communication to scheduling — allowing the founder to focus on high-level work.
This is an essential role for someone who is flexible, fast-thinking, and able to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage emails and customer support communication
• Handle and organize WhatsApp chats professionally
• Schedule meetings, calls, and daily tasks
• Assist with day-to-day operations and admin work
• Follow up on tasks, suppliers, clients, or partners when needed
• Keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines
• Prepare simple reports or updates when required
• Any other tasks to help keep things running smoothly
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
• Comfortable with mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools
• Professional and reliable work attitude
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Must be located in Dubai and able to work on-site in JVC
• Prior experience as a PA or in admin/customer support is an advantage
