Job Description

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day tank construction, fabrication, and installation activities.
Ensure all work complies with API, ASME, and project specifications.
Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance of work crews and subcontractors.
Conduct inspections, supervise NDT activities, and ensure welding quality and documentation.
Work closely with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and Planning teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with approved ITP, method statements, drawings, and project schedules.
Prepare daily progress reports and highlight risks, delays, or resource needs.
Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and enforce site safety policies.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Indian, Filipino, Indonesian

Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Male

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related engineering discipline (preferred).
Minimum 5–10 years experience in tankage construction supervision (API 650 / 620 / 653).
Strong knowledge of tank erection methods (jacking, hydraulic lifting, welding sequences).
Familiar with NDT methods, WPS, PQR, and inspection standards.
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multicultural workforce and subcontractors.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Ability to work in rotating shifts, remote sites, or overseas project locations.
