Job Description
– Set the budget and sales targets. and will follow up with his sales executives the accomplishments and the targets achievements.
– Develop & create and implement sales strategies to maximize sales .
– Ensure effective control on the impact of marketing plans on achieving the sales targets, and take corrective action to guarantee that objectives and their achievements are within the designated budgets.
– Conduct and lead the market studies ,and recommend new business lines.
– Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
– Direct , manage and monitor professional training of sales resources.
– Convey expertise and train and develop sales staff capabilities of sales .
– Monitors and control the market studies, product development, pricing and customer care .
– Evaluate new product ideas as per the market need and the management interest of maximizing sales.
– Conduct visits to key markets and VIP customers , to evaluate customers’ satisfaction and market needs.
– Develop and maintain a secured collective system and to create and control the promotional offers
Skills :
6 to 8 years in a similar position in wholesale business.
High level of communication skills
Advanced reporting ,analytical skills
Excellent leadership skills
SAP / MS application
Fluency in Arabic & English language.
FMCG ,Stationery or Toys business experience is ESSENTIAL.
Education :
Bachelor Degree preferably in BA or Equivalent
Arab nationality – age 38 above
Head office location – JEDDAH
Experience in Saudi Arabia ONLY
