Job Description

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the specific curriculum and age group, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Assess student progress regularly through various methods, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline, fostering a safe and conducive learning atmosphere for all students.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and any special needs, building strong home-school partnerships.
Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community.
Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement in the classroom.
Prepare and grade assignments, tests, and other assessments, providing timely and detailed feedback to students. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and
supportive learning environment for students. Uphold the values and mission of the Girls Academy, serving as a positive role model for students.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any GCC National, Any European National, Any Anglophone National, Pakistani

Bachelor of Science(Chemistry, Computers), Ph.D/Doctorate(Applied Science, Business Administration), M.Phil

Female

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in pedagogical principles.

Have a minimum of 1 years of experience teaching in a girls’ academy or similar setting, indicating familiarity with the unique needs of female students and be very strict with students

Demonstrate fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with students and parents

Exhibit strong classroom management skills, creating a structured and engaging learning environment, promoting discipline and respect.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.

Showcase a passion for education and a genuine interest in the holistic development of young girls, creating an inspiring learning experience.

Display proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning, including interactive whiteboards and educational software.

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated on the latest educational trends and best practices. Possess the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunity.
