Job Description

Lead the management of critically ill children in the PICU, providing expert clinical care and decision-making.
Oversee and guide the multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through collaborative practice and efficient resource utilization.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and clinical pathways specific to pediatric critical care, constantly striving for excellence.
Participate in daily rounds, providing detailed assessments, formulating treatment plans, and communicating effectively with families.
Desired Candidate Profile

Sudanese, Any Arab National, Any GCC National

Doctor of Surgery (MS)(Pediatrics), Doctor of Medicine (MD)(Critical Care Medicine, Pediatrics), Ph.D/Doctorate(Medical Science)

Any

Possesses a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and a specialist qualification in Pediatrics.
Holds a sub-specialty certification in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine from a recognized board.
Requires current and valid medical licensure and registration to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in a PICU setting, post-specialty certification.
