Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and market

share.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international oil and

gas markets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry

stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to align

solutions with customer requirements.

• market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust sales

tactics accordingly.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

• Lead, train, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and

team KPIs.

• Any Assigned task from Chief Accountant /Finance Manager.

• Supporting the Finance Manager.

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Level of Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.

Skills required:

• Strong knowledge of oil & gas equipment, services, manufacturing, and customer requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting.

Competencies required: (e.g. communication, teamwork, problem-solving,

etc.)

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan and execute long-term sales strategies in a

competitive market.

• Customer Focus: Committed to understanding and exceeding client expectations.

• Leadership: Capable of motivating and guiding teams to peak performance.

• Business Acumen: Understands the commercial and operational dynamics of the

oil and gas sector.

Prior experience:

Minimum 7-10 years in Sales.
