Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Has a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the steel fabrication industry.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
Displays strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Possesses a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel as needed to meet clients and visit job sites.
