Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings to optimize their time and productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are relayed efficiently and effectively.
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items to ensure completion.
Conduct research and compile reports or presentations to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, to ensure seamless experiences.
Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, budgets, and deliverables, providing updates to stakeholders as necessary.
Facilitate office organization, including filing systems and supplies management, to maintain a productive work environment.
Develop and implement administrative processes that enhance efficiency and streamline office operations.

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools for effective task management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including professional email etiquette and report writing.
Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a significant advantage in diverse environments.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in dynamic situations.
