1. Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2. Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
3. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms

10. Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

12. Document expenses and hand in reports
13. Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Desired Candidate Profile
Filipino
Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration, Any Graduation
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
Knowledge of the industry’s best practices and trends.
Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Flexibility to work irregular hours or travel when required.
