Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Chargehand to join our construction team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formwork, finishing, drywall installation and
site supervision, with proven leadership skills to manage a team of helpers, ensure high-quality
workmanship on all site activities and coordinate works with subcontractors.
You’ll help analyse and resolve on-site issues in a very horizontal organization. If you’re
proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently, this is a great opportunity to grow
within a team that works on premium retail and museum projects.
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage emergency repairs and technical issues.
Perform manual carpentry tasks, including cutting, assembling, and installing wood and metal joinery
Handle door frames, skirting, cabinets, and other finishing carpentry works as needed.
Inspect and repair formwork and ensure accurate alignment and levels before pouring.
Use carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Support in layout marking, level checking, and measurement verification.
Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers and helpers.
Identify gaps in the scope of subtractors and coordinate the in-house team to resolve the issues.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
Check material requirements and coordinate with the site engineer for timely supply.
Maintain site safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to less experienced workers.
Report progress, delays, and workforce needs to the site supervisor/foreman.

Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)
Male
Holds a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in construction carpentry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical education or practical experience in construction, building engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in premium retail, cultural or luxury projects.
Exhibits a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
Possesses a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
English is mandatory.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a plus.
