Experience Previously in Facility Management and Fitout Sales preferred
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market, specifically targeting the Facilities Management (FM) and Fit-out sectors to expand market reach.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the value proposition of FM and fit-out services.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients within the Saudi Arabian FM and fit-out landscape.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the specified sectors.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to FM and fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.

Riyadh based candidate preffered, Any nationality but Arabic Speaking person. Previous experience of Sales in field of Facility management and Fitout is preffered.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a specific focus on the Facilities Management and Fit-out industries within Saudi Arabia.
Exhibits a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including local business practices, regulations, and cultural nuances.
Nationality preference: Saudi Arabian nationals or candidates with extensive experience working within the Saudi Arabian market are preferred.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates a proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
