Job Description

Tuscany House Real Estate LLC is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, build, and scale a professional sales team in Dubai’s competitive property market.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong RERA track record, proven leadership skills, and the ability to create and manage a high-performing real estate team.

Key Requirements (Mandatory):
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate
•Proven experience in team management and team creation
•RERA-certified with a strong sales record
•Valid UAE Driving License
•Fluent in English (mandatory)
•Must speak at least one additional language.

Compensation & Benefits:
•Basic Salary: AED 15,000 – 25,000 (first 4 months)
