Perform value engineering assessments to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and functionality.

Diploma(Survey Engineering), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge.
Professional certification such as MRICS or SQS is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector, showcasing proven expertise.
Experience with both residential and commercial projects preferred, allowing for a versatile approach to various project types.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
Proficiency in cost estimation software such as CostX or Bluebeam, essential for accurate and efficient project evaluations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency seen as an asset in diverse teams.
High attention to detail and organizational skills, crucial for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
