The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to own the full-cycle talent acquisition for our Dubai office. You will be pivotal in attracting and hiring top talent across the MENA region, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and building a robust pipeline for future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across all departments.
· Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
· Source candidates via LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and direct channels.
· Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Ensure a positive, transparent candidate journey from application to offer.
· Champion our employer brand and promote our EVP in the local market.

Who You Are:
· Proven experience as a Recruiter
· Strong track record of hiring for variety roles
· Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
· Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
