Urgent Hiring | Certified 6G Welder – Saudi Arabia

Job Description

Perform 6G welding on various pipe materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.) according to WPS and international standards, ensuring weld integrity and quality.
Inspect welds visually and with NDT methods (radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing) to meet project specifications and client requirements.
Interpret blueprints, welding procedures specifications (WPS), and isometric drawings accurately to execute welding tasks effectively.
Operate and maintain welding equipment (GTAW/TIG, SMAW/stick) and tools, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
Prepare welding surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and preheating materials, ensuring optimal welding conditions.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE and maintaining a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members (fitters, supervisors) to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Report any welding defects or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly and propose corrective actions.

Demonstrates proficiency in GTAW/TIG and SMAW/stick welding processes, with experience in various pipe materials.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a certified 6G welder, with a focus on Oil and Gas or Petrochemical projects.
Has a strong understanding of welding procedures (WPS), welding symbols, and NDT methods.
Exhibits fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Possesses excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in demanding environments.
