Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Architectural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role emphasizes designing and developing innovative solutions for municipality assets, specifically focusing on the operation and maintenance of infrastructure projects under the auspices of the Amana.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the design development process for roads and infrastructure projects in collaboration with municipal authorities, ensuring all designs align with Amana standards and regulations.
Utilize advanced 3D visualization tools to create detailed representations of designs, facilitating clear communication of project intentions to municipal stakeholders and the community.
Prepare and review comprehensive design plans and specifications for roads and pavements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with municipal guidelines, and efficient integration with existing assets.
Develop and assess survey plans to support the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to municipality requirements.
Create and refine ‘As Built’ plans and all associated documentation to accurately represent the project upon completion, fulfilling municipal reporting obligations.
Propose tailored design solutions for construction or maintenance projects that meet the specific needs and challenges faced by the Amana, ensuring alignment with overall community interests.
Review architectural designs for facilities and road asset elements, ensuring they are in compliance with municipal best practices and effectively serve the community.

Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in design development and project supervision within the context of municipality operations and maintenance.
Fully qualified and experienced in managing projects associated with the Amana, with a strong focus on design innovation and technical detail.
Accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers is required.
Proficiency in 3D visualization software and other relevant computer applications for architectural design.
