We are hiring a Retail Sales Representative to assist customers, promote products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in selecting products

Provide accurate product information and recommendations

Maintain cleanliness and arrangement of the sales area

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Handle cash or POS transactions (if required)

Manage stock display and ensure inventory accuracy

Resolve customer inquiries professionally

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage

Basic computer or POS knowledge
