MEP Technical Supervisor For Villas Maintenance

Job Description

A medium size company specialized in full services and maintenance of New Dubai communities villas have a requirement for an immediate joining of MEP Technical Supervisor with a command personality and hands on experience who can supervise skillful experienced AC, plumbing & Electric technicians with excellent communication in English spoken, written & reading as well as communication with high profile clients, with good Hindi communication, preferably with UAE manual Driving license. Technical degree with minimum 5 years hands on experience in Dubai maintenance & facility management companies especially in luxury villas. The company has its own small ERP system for operations and quotations so previous experience in PC/mobile systems is an advantage. Experience in villas booster pump room and swimming pools is a great advantage, English & Hindi communication and self presentation are must.
