✅ Education: Minimum High School

✅ Experience: Minimum 2+ years in pest control

✅ Practical knowledge of pest control services, chemicals & equipment

✅ Age: 25 – 40 years

✅ Certification: Pest Control Experience Letter required

✅ Driving License: Valid Light Vehicle License

✅ English Communication: Basic reading & speaking

✅ Interview Evaluation: Attitude, grooming & responsiveness
