• Strong experience in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Expertise in analyzing and defining business rules and translating them into functional specifications.
• Support business meetings by providing relevant insights, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that business requirements are well understood and documented.
• Experience in training business users on processes, tools, and systems, as well as creating training materials such as manuals and guides.
• Capability to present and communicate complex business and technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of defining Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and supporting their integration into data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with process mapping, use cases, and workflow documentation.
• Experience in managing project documentation, ensuring accurate version control and comprehensive audit trails.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Governance, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Typically requires 6-9 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in process optimization, business rule analysis, and training in Data Management in relevant industry with 15+ years overall experience
