Job Description

Contact potential and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner
Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Identify client needs and match them with the appropriate company services
Prepare and send initial quotations in coordination with the technical / sales team
Follow up on quotations and client inquiries in a timely and structured manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Schedule meetings or site visits for Field Sales when required
Ensure fast response time to all incoming inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Meet daily and weekly activity and performance targets (calls, follow-ups, leads)
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any European National

Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)

Any

Proven communication skills with a professional phone presence
Ability to understand technical services at a general level (no deep technical expertise required)
Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, WhatsApp Business, and online tools
Results-driven with a clear focus on targets and KPIs
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Previous experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Tele Sales is an advantage
Fluent in Arabic and/or English (both preferred)
Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
