� We Are Hiring Business Development Executive – Sustainability Solutions (UAE & KSA) � Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site � Region: UAE & Saudi Arabia (GCC Travel Required) � Industry Focus: Hospitality & Healthcare � Solutions: Water & Energy Saving Technologies About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Hospitality & Healthcare Sustainability Division. This role focuses on promoting and expanding our water- and energy-saving solutions across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, skilled in relationship management, and experienced in driving new business growth within hospitality and healthcare environments. Your mission will be to identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, engage with engineering and procurement stakeholders, and actively support the company’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the GCC Generate qualified leads and build long-term client relationships Manage and grow existing key accounts Develop strategic plans to strengthen market presence and brand positioning Engage with Engineering, Technical, and Procurement teams to support project execution Track market trends and identify product and business expansion opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce experience is a strong advantage) Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and client communication Travel within the GCC region as required for business development activities About blu Intelligent Health Solutions blu Intelligent Health Solutions is a leading provider of eco-friendly, low-flow shower filtration solutions designed to improve water quality while significantly reducing water and energy consumption. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in Business Development and Lead Generation within Hospitality and/or Healthcare sectors in the GCC Strong background in Account Management and consultative selling Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Arabic language skills are highly preferred Strategic mindset with strong negotiation and closing abilities Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge is highly appreciated) Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment Experience with wellness, health, sustainability, or eco-friendly products is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Must hold a valid UAE Driving License and own a car Willingness to travel across the GCC will be considered during shortlisting Who Should Apply?
