Job Description

Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitors. Develop and improve hose And Pvc products in terms of specifications, quality, and performance. Propose new products or enhancements aligned with market requirements. Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure implementation of approved specifications. Monitor product performance in the market and prepare development and improvement reports. Support marketing and sales teams with technical and market-related information. Assist in preparing marketing materials in coordination with the marketing team.

Previous experience in research and development or industrial marketing. Preferably experienced in hose manufacturing or related industrial products. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
