Production Powder Coating – Saudi Arabia

Job Description

• Hands-on experience with powder spray systems (e.g., Wagner, Gema) and curing ovens.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled conveyors and burner management systems.
• Troubleshooting electrostatic guns, recovery systems, and pneumatic controls.
• Reading electrical schematics and P&IDs for powder coating lines.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC (for booth airflow balance) and paint chemistry.

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical or production or industrial Engineering or ny arelated field.

• 2+ years in powder coating operations (preferably in metal fabrication/fence manufacturing).
