Leather Restoration Technician

Job Description

Inspect vehicle interiors and assess leather damage (cracks, tears, fading, stains, burns, scratches).
Perform leather repair, restoration, recoloring, and conditioning on seats, door panels, steering wheels, and trims.
Match colors accurately and apply dyes, fillers, and protective coatings.
Use appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively.
Clean and prepare leather surfaces before restoration work.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Manage tools and materials responsibly and report any defects or shortages.
Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding job status and requirements.

Male

Proven experience in leather restoration or automotive interior repair is preferred.
Knowledge of leather types, repair materials, and color-matching techniques.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Physically fit to perform manual tasks.
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
