Key Responsibilities
Factory & Production Management
• Oversee all factory operations and production processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Review and monitor daily production schedules to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Project and Technical teams for effective planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
• Ensure the factory operates in compliance with legal, safety, and corporate policy requirements.
• Promote a positive work culture and ensure all employees comply with company standards and procedures.
Operational Excellence & Safety
• Ensure all production activities are completed in accordance with approved production method statements and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) requirements, achieving 100% completion on or before scheduled dates.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized quality control processes across factory operations.
• Monitor and control daily work progress, ensuring accurate reporting and effective follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency, increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve profitability.
• Ensure all factory equipment operates at optimal performance levels by establishing and enforcing preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ensure production instructions are followed strictly in line with material specifications and approved material packages.

Job Knowledge & Skills • Strong experience in production management, technical operations, estimation, and project execution. • Proficiency in computer applications and production-related systems. • Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies within a production environment. • Proven ability to delegate, manage, and control end-to-end industrial operations. • Strong commercial and financial acumen. • In-depth knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations. • ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP functional expertise, is essential. Experience Requirements • Minimum 10 of years of overall work experience. • At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a factory or production environment.
