Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand new business opportunities for freight and logistics services, including air, sea, and land transportation.
• Identify, approach, and secure new customers through sales calls, meetings, and networking.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
