Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle complete accounting operations for a General Trading company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory accounting, VAT compliance, and financial reporting in a trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain complete books of accounts for General Trading operations.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
– Manage UAE VAT returns, compliance, and documentation.
– Accounts payable & receivable management, including customer/vendor reconciliations.
-Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
-Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and management reports.
-Coordinate with auditors and support annual audits.
-Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal controls.

Requirements:

– Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (General Trading experience mandatory/preferred)
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce
-Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT and trading-related accounting
– Strong Excel skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

– UAE experience in import/export or local trading
– CA / ACCA / CMA
– Immediate availability.
