Job Description

Coffee Machine Equipment

Installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of commercial coffee machines and grinders

Preventive maintenance, calibration, descaling, and pressure/temperature tuning

Diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults

Grinder burr replacement, pump replacement, flow meter checks

Hot Line Equipment (Cooking & Heating)

Service and repair of:

Convection ovens

Combi ovens

Microwaves (commercial grade)

Salamanders, toasters, warming units

Gas & electric safety checks

Thermostat, heating element, fan motor, PCB diagnostics

Compliance with safety and manufacturer standards

Cold Line Equipment

Installation and maintenance of:

Ice machines

Reach-in refrigerators & freezers

Under-counter chillers

Cold rooms & blast chillers

Refrigerant handling, leak detection, compressor diagnosis

Temperature control calibration

Preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian, Filipino, Pakistani, Nepali

Any Graduation

Male

Minimum 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in commercial foodservice equipment Experience must be verifiable through: Employer history Service reports Brand training certificates (preferred)

Candidates must clearly list the brands they have worked with.
