Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Professional to join our team in Dubai.
We are a multinational manpower group with strong roots in the UAE, serving clients across construction, MEP, industrial, and commercial sectors, and operating under the Dubai HR business model. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the business environment and is comfortable with field-based sales.
Key Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and onboard new clients within the Dubai market
Visit companies, project sites, consultants, and contractors
Drive strategic sales initiatives to penetrate and expand accounts within the UAE market
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on payments
Maintain and update CRM / client database
Coordinate closely with the operations and recruitment teams
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in manpower, HR outsourcing, construction, or B2B services)
Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Multilingual preferred (English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage (field visits required)
