CNC Laser Machine Operator

Job Description

Programming and setting up CNC laser machines to cut and engrave materials based on blueprints and CAD/CAM files, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Loading materials, such as metal sheets or plastics, onto the machine beds, and safely securing them to prevent movement during operation.
Monitoring the laser cutting process, adjusting parameters like power, speed, and gas flow to optimize cutting quality and material yield.
Conducting regular quality checks of finished parts, using measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any GCC National, Indian, Bangladeshi, Nepali

Diploma(Mechanical, Tool & Die Technology)

Male

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with various materials (metals, plastics, etc.) and their cutting characteristics using laser technology.
Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
