Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance.
Experience in the staffing or recruitment sector is preferred.
Candidates with sector-specific exposure will be an added advantage. Nationality Preference: Saudi nationals are preferred, but others with significant local experience may be considered.
