Roles & Responsibilities

As a Partner at Bakertilly JFC KSA, you will play a pivotal role in developing brand awareness in KSA for Advisory Services, Revenue growth through extensive networks and client acquisition. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Be an effective communicator, speaking to and communicating with senior client Executives in both Government and Private Sectors.
Provide clients with advice and some business insights spheres, including corporate strategy, transformation, as well as innovation, and technological capabilities, Governance and Transactions.
Be numerical, able to analyze and interpret data, understanding the impact of data on an organization
Be confident in building and holding key senior contacts adding to the BTJFC Group contact database.
Be client acquisition and revenue growth focused, supported by the Service Line Leaders as required.
Effectively support the acquisition of suitable RFP’s and opportunities, then engage the right SL to work with to progress to conclusion.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors(Masters)

Any

· Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and Professional certifications.

· Minimum 10+ years of experience as management consultant, Senior C level in Ksa within a consulting firm, Big 4 or KSA corporate environment.

· Ability to create and develop strong relationships

· Able to rally teams behind a shared vision to achieve targets

· Strong analytical thinker

· Capable of being creative and thinking of solutions ‘outside the box’

· Organized with strong business acumen

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization.

· Team player – Is willing and able to assist different team members on several tasks and demonstrates proactivity in doing so.

· Adaptable – Is able to ‘hit the ground running’ and rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances and changing allocations of tasks.

· Researching skills- Identifies, documents and shares knowledge that might be useful to others.
