Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1.
Sales and Business Development:
o
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the scaffolding- building material industry.
o
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
o
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and construction companies.
2.
Technical Expertise:
o
Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding scaffolding products and solutions.
o
Recommend appropriate scaffolding systems based on project specifications and regulatory requirements.
o
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
3.
Client Relationship Management:
o
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
o
Respond to inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
o
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored scaffolding solutions.
4.
Proposal Preparation and Negotiation:
o
Prepare accurate and competitive proposals, bids, and quotations.
o
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
o
Coordinate with internal teams to finalize project details and ensure seamless execution.
5.
Documentation and Reporting:
o
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
o
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in sales within the scaffolding or construction industry.
•
Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
