Roles & Responsibilities

Design and Planning: Develop project plans and specifications for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water supply systems.

Structural Analysis: Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of engineering structures.

Site Investigation: Conduct site visits and surveys to assess environmental, geotechnical, and other site conditions that may affect project feasibility and design.

Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Project Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and hazards associated with construction projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the construction process.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design drawings, contracts, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, address concerns, and provide technical expertise and guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Anglophone National, Indian

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Any

Proven experience in sales within the scaffolding or construction industry.

•

Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and regulations.

•

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude.

•

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

•

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and procedures and mandatory certification required as “Scaffolding contracting”

Additional Requirements:

•

Valid UAE driving license.

•

Willingness to travel within Dubai and occasionally to other Emirates.

•

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be beneficial.
