Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the senior accountant and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform systematic filing and maintain organized financial records.
Handle bookkeeping and accurate data entry in accounting software.
Assist in bank reconciliation, ledger updates, and accounts maintenance.
Monitor and manage stock inventory and provide regular reports.
Check and update customer and supplier payments records.
Prepare and manage salary sheets and handle WPS compliance.
Draft professional emails and assist in other administrative tasks.
Proficiently use Microsoft Excel for creating reports, formulas, and PowerPoint presentations when needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks).

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
