Job Description
• Identify target markets, conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, schools/government NGOs and any other strategic partnerships, understanding their objectives and needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including local schools and universities, suppliers, distributors, and channel partners, to expand the company’s reach and enhance service offerings.
• Keeping up with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and applying this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the B2B sector.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on B2B sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
• Continuously lead all conversations throughout the process, i.e., cold calls, weekly pipeline update calls and sales strategy meetings, regarding future projected closes • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and targeted lead generation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven working experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful B2B relationships.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, account management, and sales funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and critical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
• Results-focused mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively locally and internationally.
